STORY
All Theresa wants to do is paint. Unfortunately, she is going blind, and it is only a matter of time before she will never see another canvas. To make matters worse her husband Eric, though not a bad or abusive man isn't supportive, and Theresa's condition and obsession wear on their marriage. After an especially bad night, Theresa meets another man; his name is James, and he is a charming devil. He sweeps her off her feet, and before she knows it, they've engaged in an affair. He takes her to his workspace, a warehouse that is filled with all manners of sketches and paintings. This blows Theresa away; finally, someone who understands her! She makes plans to leave her husband and miserable marriage, and be with James instead. But nothing is so simple, and as messy as the situation already is, it's about to get much worse... Theresa doesn't know about James' twisted childhood. His father, abusive. His mother, manipulative. And it's all about to rear its ugly head. |
